Additional service fees, requirements and specifications:
*No delivery charge for the filing of citations that will be served by The Hawkins Agency.
*Delivery Charge increase 50% on after hour request (6pm-8am)
*Delivery Charge increase 100% on Holiday request.
*Mileage is measured from the physical addresses of the initial location and destination.
*Wait time is charged $40 per hour after initial 15 minutes.
*Weight fee is $.25/lb after initial 25 lbs.
*Based on volume and consistency you firm may qualify for special pricing.
DELIVERY SERVICE FEE SCHEDULE:
Routine Service (6hr): Available from 8am-12pm.
Orders after 12pm will be next day delivery.
Priority Service (4hr): Available from 8am-2pm
Express Service (2hr): Available from 8am-4pm
Direct Service (asap): Available 8am-6pm
